72v4000w kit relatively easy installation. All components seem to be solid and durable.
The wheel arrived in perfect condition. The battery didn't arrive at the same time as the wheel, so I was worried about having part of my order missing. It's only hidden away in some text that says batteries sent separately. Not worry-free but the condition of the package is fantastic.
The parts came early which was good for me and the sales team were very helpful when I called them , lovely to have a human being to speak to.
