Shipping policy

We offer 100% FREE shipping on all orders within the UK.

We also ship to the US, EU, Canada, Australia, Japan, and many other countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, and orders are dispatched via trusted premium carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and TNT.

Orders within the UK are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Most international orders arrive within 5–14 business days, although deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.

For e-bike kits, the conversion kit and battery may be shipped separately due to transport regulations and to help ensure safer delivery and faster customs clearance. Both shipments are fully tracked.

Tracking information will be updated after dispatch. Please allow a few business days for tracking information to become available.
