Who can apply for trade pricing?

Bike shops, repair workshops, fleet and rental operators, online resellers and distributors. Tell us about your business in the form and we will reply by email.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum quantities depend on the product and the destination. Tell us the volumes you expect and we will include the minimums in your quote.

Which products are available wholesale?

Our Taishan and HS-II batteries, hub motor conversion kits, the Z16 mid motor kit, and parts such as controllers, displays and throttles. Ask us about anything you see on the store.

Do you ship batteries outside the UK?

Yes. Lithium batteries ship as dangerous goods, so freight method, cost and lead time depend on your country. We confirm these with every quote.

Can my customers ride high-power kits on UK roads?

Only kits within the UK EAPC rules (250W continuous, assistance cut-off at 15.5mph) can be ridden on public roads as ordinary bicycles. Higher-power kits are for private land unless the bike is approved and registered. See the GOV.UK electric bike rules.
