All products are shipped worldwide from one of our fulfillment centers in China or the United States.

Orders shipped from China are sent by DHL Express, FedEx, TNT, or Airmail. Please note: Batteries are shipped separately when ordering e-bike kits.

DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. - Orders usually take 5-14 business days to arrive in most locations, and may take longer in remote areas.

Packages may face delays beyond our control, such as customs, inclement weather, or postal delays. We appreciate your understanding if any delays are caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking numbers for shipments can be found in your online account, please allow 5-10 days for order processing time before checking tracking numbers.

Please note that these products do not include VAT and are sold as tax-free items. Please note that you may be required to pay taxes, import duties, and any transportation administration fees when these products enter your country. Any fees imposed by your customs office shall be paid by you. You shall pay any additional administrative fees levied by the shipping company.
