The battery voltage must match your e-bike system and should not be mixed with a different voltage setup.In general:

• 36V / 48V / 52V are better suited for daily commuting and standard upgrades
• 60V / 72V are better suited for high-power systems, offering stronger speed and torque performance

For example, if your motor and controller are built for a 48V system, you should choose the 48V battery version. Choosing the wrong voltage may result in poor performance, system instability, or the battery not working properly.

It is repaired locally under the 1-year warranty — service centres in the UK, US, and the Netherlands. Batteries never ship overseas for repair.

Actual range depends on several factors, including battery voltage and capacity, rider weight, road conditions, riding speed, temperature, and motor power.Depending on the battery version and the motor power it is paired with, the estimated riding range is typically around 30–70 km, with some higher-capacity versions reaching even more under the right conditions.For charging, this battery supports 5A fast charging, and most versions can be fully charged in about 4–5 hours. This helps reduce waiting time and makes it a practical choice for commuting and frequent daily use.
