Really polite and really generous i ordered a controller and noticed i my battery had a xt60 whilst my new controller i ordered was xt90 and they sent me out a free xt90 female connector for me amazing customer service and i recommend anyone with a ebike to purchase off of this store.

Giant E Bike Project

New project
I spent quite a long time researching the best options for me. I had an old, but in very good condition Giant XtC mountain bike, used back in the day when I was a fair bit younger and certainly fitter. I really didn’t want another bike to store and the Giant wouldn’t get much of a return on the second hand market. The answer was really to convert it to an Ebike. The major issue was the frame was size, small, so finding a battery to fit in the triangle proved time consuming and ultimately unsuccessful. KirbEbikes were helpful and quick at responding when I reached out for assistance, despite them saying at one stage a certain battery would definitely fit when it wouldn’t, we got there eventually and I decided to fit a rear rack battery, this seems a great option, although it does make the bike rear end heavy, seems to ride ok, although I have only tested of the road and some fairly level trails.
So Kit arrived yesterday morning and last night I was the proud owner of a working EBike! A few minor issues but was pleasantly surprised when I plugged in the Battery hit the power button and everything came to life and worked first time with no errors! Whoop Whoop!
The MTX wheel is much wider than my donor bike's wheel, but the old tire fit without any issues. I might upgrade to a wider tire eventually. the tool kit you get is pretty good in general but doesn’t fit all the nuts you need to adjust. Namely the bracket for the display and the throttle thumb lever screws don’t fit any of the tools. Get yourself a large Allen key for the crank removal and a decent hex key for the disc brake nuts. The other issue I had was with the PAS sensor, I couldn’t get either supplied units to fit, however with the help of various YouTube videos I found out you had to cut down some of the splines to get it to fit, also to cut off the bracket on the receiver to get it to fit near the magnets on the crank, this done it fits pretty well and works! the instructions could be far better regarding this. I have still to fit the break sensors, not sure if I will bother to be fair, they really aren’t needed with this level of power and a thumb throttle, maybe if I fit a twist grip it may be worth fitting. Not using the break leavers supplied as they would be a downgrade from my hydraulic. Other than a bit of tidying up of cables it looks pretty smart. I hope all your conversions are as easy and trouble free as this was. May ever find an old bike to convert for the wife!!!

A very long time ago when i watched his videos. ever since my first Dudestuff video, I like watching his videos literally based on DUDESTUFF videos. Biking,Exploring, you get the point. Men stuff.

A long time ago STEVE (Dudestuff) i believe its his name if i remember correctly. And his mate Andy have done wonders to decide to team up to help towards Kirbebike.

I knew Steve could be trusted when he promoted his friends business to Kirbebike. Because like I said. I watch and knew him for a long time, and he even reviewed it on his channel about how great quality the kits are and how reliable Kirbebike is.

So I knew I could trust Steve with everything he said about Kirbebike and the kits.

So I was excited to buy my first kit and try from a reliable sorce that i can trust.

Jason has done wonders to guide me before and after for all the answers i need answering to help build my dream ebike. Jason I'm very grateful to have you participating towards making Kirbebike better.

Jason has made sure I was getting the best help needed and services when replying back to me. Any problems Jason will always dose his best for what he can do. Jason will help with any questions or order trouble you may have.

Jason is also wonders to help replace faulty parts or replacement parts if there even is. I have been talking to Jason recently and he agreed to send me a new surron throttle that Kirbebike recently released and for that I'm forever grateful. He also helped me send me a new xt60 connector for my controller aswell when I ordered a new motor so i could connect to my controller a very long time ago aswell, im grateful for that to.
Jason is just wonders, that's why I'm writing this review for hopefully someone to see and read, and to show my appreciation towards Kirbebike.

I love KIRBEBIKE.

I ordered my 3000w kit last year and it seen it all. Love the realiblty, low maintenance, power. Everything.

I've road it all summer and just starting to ride in winter. Never has failed me in the rain and daily abuse. I love going off road and going on road. This Kit is amazing and still has way more to offer.
